All I can say is this shop is the best Greeley has ever had. I had taken my F150 XLT to a shop (not The Wrench) that came highly recommended. All I was trying to find out was why the engine was running a bit rough before gifting it to our son. The mechanic agreed to run a diagnostic on it and then let me know what was needed. After a week with the truck, I got a call and was told that cylinders 5 and 7 were the problem. He was going to replace the plugs and see whether that was the issue. When my wife stopped down to get it, the mechanic had pulled all the plugs, wire, injectors, and removed the top end of the intake manifold. Said it would take 1 to 2 days to reassemble everything. He later called and offered to buy the truck which I believe was his intention to begin. Price was going to be high for reassembling. The end result was having the truck towed back to my house with the parts in boxes in the cab. I sent The Wrench and email explaining the situation I was in and Darren was quick to contact me. He came out to our house after work to look at the situation. First high praise! No shops do that on their own time. Darren assured me that they could get this done without a problem and that he would do the repair personally. Second praise. They towed the truck to the shop and in very short order, the work was done without incident. No excuses, no high-end tack-on parts and unnecessary work. Problems with rough engine performance were found and corrected. Everything was done as I was told. Third praise. The price was very reasonable. All I can say is "Dang, these guys are good!" Automotive repairs anywhere can get expensive but The Wrench will do quality work, as well as keeping your budget in mind. Thank you, Darren, for a great job.
